I recently had Keeney install spray foam insulation in my attic and basement. I am usually one who does not leave a review unless I received extreme service either positive or negative. I am happy to say I received 5 star service from the entire team, starting with the salesperson. There was a miscommunication as to what was included in the work order, and I was thinking, ‘Here we go again,’ with the ole bait & switch of getting my business and only providing half of what was promised. However, the salesperson, Dave, remembered the agreement the same as I did, and worked to make things right. They came back to do the areas that were not specifically in writing, but which we had agreed upon. The crew was on time, gave me updates as well as before and after photos. They cleaned up after themselves as well. One of the crew members also scraped the snow off my car that I had parked outside while they were working. They did not drive away that night until they made sure I was safely back in my house. Cannot wait until they come back on the Spring to install my gutters. Thank you very much.

I respect greatly that he gave me his honest feedback about my situation. He did not rush me, in fact, he took extra time, was very gracious to answer any and ALL questions I had. Nate, Nick, Damion and Hunter were fantastic! They did an amazing job with insulating the top floor of our house. Nate explained everything they were going to do, and was very communicative throughout the installation. We couldn’t be happier with the work they did, and can already feel the difference it made. We highly recommend Keeney Home Services if you’re thinking about installing insulation. I might add that Tom Gardner did the initial consultation/walkthrough and was very good with the estimate. It was a pleasure working with all of them.

Dave from Keeney Home Services came out to consult on some possible energy efficiency upgrades in terms of insulation, etc. He was knowledgable and gave us honest feedback that we really appreciated. He could have sold us on all the upgrades, but instead listened to our concerns and gave us tailored advice for our specific situation. This is a hallmark of a person and company that you can trust. Would definitely recommend them!

My attic insulation project went without a hitch. Everything was explained in great detail up front, there was great communication along the way and everything was cleaned up very well at the end. Austin, Tyler and Javier did an awesome job!

I had my soffit, fascia, gutters, rood ridge vent done 4 months ago. Grant, the salesman, was one out of 5 people that went on the roof and was the ONLY one that found a hole in the roof. The installers took their time, were not subcontractors of the company but ACTUAL employees of Keeney. For the first time ever, when we had heavy rain, I heard the water draining out of the gutters! The quality control inspector, Mark, just stopped and check to see how things are going. I cpuld not be happier and I plan on adding the vinyl gutter covers in the next year.
