We had an amazing experience with Keeney Home Services!

Scheduling: We spoke with Darlene to request an insulation quote for our home. She was so sweet and kind. She was able to get us an appointment the next day.

Sales Associate: We had Andy come out to our home a day after we contacted Keeney Home Services. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about various issues we were dealing with. He even identified that the problems we were experiencing weren’t due to an issue with our insulation, but rather excessive moisture in our basement. He was able to consult with his colleagues and come up with a plan that helped us address the moisture issue. Andy also assisted us in obtaining financing. The process was simple and we were able to find out if we were approved within a matter of minutes.

Scheduling of installation: Nikki (Not sure on spelling) was incredibly prompt after our consultation with Andy. We heard from her the next day and was able to be scheduled for the installation of our dehumidifier and 2 bathroom fans the very next Saturday.

Installation Day: Austin and Nick came out to install our dehumidifier and 2 bathroom fans. They were on time and had a pleasant demeanor. I felt terrible that they were working on a Saturday, but they seemed to be in good spirits despite it being the weekend. They were incredibly polite and explained the process before they began. Austin and Nick were able to complete the installation much quicker than I expected. It worked out great as my two year old needed to take a nap and they were so quiet that we couldn’t even hear them working. Austin and Nick did a fantastic job of making sure everything was cleaned up really well. At the end, Austin was able to explain all of the repairs that were made and showed us pictures of the work that had been done.

Keeney was a pleasure to work with. We had our roof replaced recently here in Neenah. Chase was very professional, informative, and patient. He explained in detail every step of the process and took the time to explain the various components of roof replacement. Brazil and his crews were great. Also, they did a nice job with clean up after the installation was complete. We highly recommend going with Keeney for your roof replacement.

Austin and Nick were wonderful!! They first listened to what I needed to verify their information. They explained what and how they were going to install the installation. They then went straight to work. They were very careful to cover everything and took care around pipes and vents, etc. they also cleaned up after they were done and took the garbage. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
